ATG Entertainment has acquired Celebrity Attractions, a prominent touring Broadway presenter with over 40 years of experience operating in multiple markets through offices in Tulsa and Little Rock.

The acquisition aims to provide Celebrity Attractions with enhanced support and resources for continued growth in the touring entertainment industry. Local operations will continue in both existing offices, overseeing Broadway series in Tulsa, OK, Little Rock, AR, and Springfield, MO.

Celebrity Attractions, established in 1983 by Larry and Kay Payton, has built a sterling reputation for relationship-focused entertainment presentation. As a founding member of the Independent Presenters' Network (IPN), the company has invested in numerous Tony Award-winning productions, including recent hits "Moulin Rouge: The Musical" and "The Outsiders."

Beyond presenting and producing, Celebrity Attractions maintains active involvement in theater education through two regional Jimmy Awards programs: the Discovery Awards in Tulsa and the Broadway Bound Awards in Little Rock.

Kristin Dotson, CEO of Celebrity Attractions, expressed enthusiasm about the merger, emphasizing that the company will maintain its commitment to customer service and community partnerships under ATGE's leadership.

Kristin Caskey, ATGE's Chief Content Officer, North America, acknowledged Larry Payton's pioneering role in the touring industry and committed to honoring the Payton family's legacy while moving forward with the existing Celebrity Attractions team.

The transaction was facilitated by Lisbeth R. Barron and Barron International Group as financial advisors to ATGE, with Foley & Lardner, LLP serving as legal advisor. Eller & Detrich acted as Celebrity Attractions' legal counsel.
