Notable declined invitations came from Kendrick Lamar and Rihanna. Lamar, who recently released a new album, will instead headline the Super Bowl Halftime Show.

For those preferring remote viewing, YouTube continues as the festival's official livestream partner, offering free access to all six stages with multi-view camera options. The platform also provides performance replays during festival off-days.

The slower ticket sales may be attributed to increased prices, with general admission costs rising $100 from 2021's $499 starting price.
