Following federal raids on Diddy's Miami and Los Angeles homes, his attorney Aaron Dyer has issued a strong statement defending the rapper against ongoing investigations into alleged sex trafficking.

The raids, conducted by Homeland Security, involved seizure of phones and computers belonging to Sean "Diddy" Combs. Currently, five individuals have been interviewed in New York as part of a sex trafficking and RICO criminal investigation.

Dyer's statement criticized the "gross overuse of military-level force" during the raids and emphasized key points:

  • Diddy cooperated with authorities and was not detained
  • Neither Diddy nor his family members were arrested
  • Their travel has not been restricted
  • The operation was characterized as an "unprecedented ambush" with coordinated media presence

The attorney stressed that Diddy is innocent and criticized the operation as a "witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits," noting there has been no finding of criminal or civil liability.

In a related development, Brendan Paul was arrested on drug charges while attempting to board Diddy's private jet. While these charges appear unrelated to Diddy directly, a civil suit from a former producer describes Paul as a "mule" responsible for drug and firearm distribution on Diddy's behalf.
