The case will continue against management firm Wide Open Music and founder Ash Bowers, where Jane Doe worked as Allen's day-to-day manager. The plaintiff alleges that the company failed to protect her from Allen's behavior and terminated her employment when she reported the issues.

According to court documents, the plaintiff claims she clearly expressed her discomfort with Allen's conduct through various actions, including verbal objections and physical resistance. The lawsuit states Allen implied her job security depended on her silence regarding his behavior.

Allen still faces another ongoing sexual assault lawsuit from a different Jane Doe, filed on June 9. This second case involves allegations of assault in a Las Vegas hotel room and unauthorized recording. Allen has denied all allegations and filed countersuits for defamation in both cases.
