- A sloped artificial turf lawn accommodating 5,000+ people
- Two elevated beer gardens
- VIP skyboxes for up to 500 people
- Panoramic views of the Minnesota River Valley
The venue is expected to:
- Host 30+ events each summer

- Become Live Nation's second Minnesota venue after Fillmore Minneapolis
The broader Canterbury Commons development includes:
- 1,000 apartment units

This expansion comes as Live Nation faces Department of Justice scrutiny over alleged monopolistic practices in the live entertainment industry. The company currently operates more than 265 concert venues across North America, including 60 of the top 100 U.S. amphitheaters.
"This partnership is an incredible opportunity to create a venue that meets the needs of artists and fans," says Ned Abdul, President & CEO of Swervo. "Live Nation supports artists with deep expertise that will bring many more amazing shows to our region."
