Sean Combs' legal team has challenged prosecutors' claims about a second trafficking victim in recent court documents filed Friday. The defense argues these allegations are misleading and unfounded, marking Diddy's fourth attempt to secure bail since his September 16th arrest.

The defense team strongly denies prosecutors' assertions of a second victim and refutes accusations that Combs attempted to obstruct the investigation through witness contact. They maintain that the alleged second individual is "not a victim at all" and that prosecutors misrepresented facts during the initial bail hearing.

In this fourth bail attempt, Combs' lawyers have proposed a $50 million bond package with continuous surveillance to address flight risk concerns. The case also involves allegations from 'Victim 1,' who reportedly had an 11-year relationship with Combs and allegedly demanded $30 million for rights to a tell-all book.

The trial is scheduled for May 5, 2025, where Combs will face charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. His legal team maintains his innocence, asserting all interactions were consensual and legal. Combs currently remains at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn as the case proceeds.
