
SESAC Music Group Acquires Rights Management Platform HAAWK

SESAC Music Group has acquired HAAWK, a media software and services company specializing in copyright management and monetization for independent catalogs. HAAWK will operate alongside Audio Salad within SESAC Music Group's Music Services division.
HAAWK provides comprehensive administration of YouTube's Content ID and Facebook's Rights Manager platforms, serving record labels, publishers, and music rights holders. The company specializes in:
- Copyright monitoring and monetization across major platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- YouTube Content ID administration
- Facebook Rights Manager administration
- Publishing administration
- Digital music distribution
- SaaS products for micro-sync music licensing
