Attorney Ariel Mitchell, representing the unnamed witness, stated her client has presented video clips to a federal grand jury showing alleged incidents involving Combs and other entertainment industry figures. The witness was contacted by Homeland Security agents and subpoenaed to submit digital files and video footage related to the case.

The witness also claims to have access to unedited writings by Kim Porter, Combs' former partner who passed away in 2018. These writings may soon be published through Amazon, though a previous attempt to publish Porter's memoir was halted when her children questioned its authenticity.

This development adds to the mounting legal challenges facing Combs, whose trial is scheduled for May 5, 2025. The potential video evidence and Porter's writings could significantly impact the case's outcome. Combs and his legal team continue to deny all allegations.

The federal grand jury's examination of the submitted evidence will be crucial in shaping the prosecution's narrative. Legal experts suggest that if deemed credible, this new evidence could present substantial challenges for Combs' defense as he faces one of the most scrutinized legal battles of the year.
