Strong ticket sales were driven by major artists including Ed Sheeran, Iron Maiden, Gilberto Gil, and Vasco Rossi. The company's growth was further bolstered by the acquisition of See Tickets from Vivendi, with France Billet consolidation expected to begin in December.
Despite high cost pressures and integration expenses from newly acquired festivals, CTS Eventim continues to expand. Construction of their Milan arena remains on schedule, with plans for another large-scale venue in Vienna. Early ticket sales for Rock am Ring and Rock im Par 2025 have shown exceptional strength.
CEO Klaus-Peter Schulenberg emphasized the company's stable growth despite volatile market conditions, crediting their expansion strategy and portfolio diversification for long-term success. The integration of See Tickets, merger of event companies, and strong performance in venue activities have established solid foundations for future growth.
The company's success comes as blockchain ticketing platform Celebratix secured €1.15 million in funding, signaling continued innovation in the ticketing sector.
