Sean "Diddy" Combs faces new sexual assault allegations from a 2016 incident at Los Angeles' Club Playhouse. The unnamed woman claims Combs forced her to drink alcohol and sexually assaulted her at the venue, according to a lawsuit filed in New York State Supreme Court.

The lawsuit details that when the woman refused a drink, Combs allegedly said, "B, I'm not asking you. Drink that s* and shut the f* up." She claims he then forcibly assaulted her while saying, "B, I do what I want, take that s*."

Combs' legal team denies all allegations, stating that he "has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone." They maintain the accusations are baseless and expect to prevail in court.

This case adds to Combs' mounting legal troubles, including federal criminal charges for sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He remains in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center after three denied bail requests, with his trial scheduled for May 2025.
