The lawsuit, filed by Ashley Parham and two unnamed individuals (Jane Doe and John Doe), alleges incidents from 2018. According to the filing, Parham was allegedly drugged, kidnapped, and assaulted after Combs overheard her suggesting his involvement in Tupac Shakur's 1996 murder during a FaceTime call.
The complaint details that Parham was lured to Shane Pearce's apartment under false pretenses, where multiple individuals, including Combs, allegedly assaulted her. The lawsuit claims Parham managed to escape, stabbed Combs in the back during the incident, and eventually reached law enforcement.
Both Druski and Beckham Jr. have strongly denied the allegations:
- Druski stated he "wasn't a public figure in 2018" and was "living with his mom without any connections to the entertainment industry."
- Beckham Jr. maintained his innocence, stating he is "covered by God" and his "name will be cleared."
Combs' representatives have dismissed the allegations, stating he "was nowhere near Orinda, California" when the alleged assault occurred. They noted that the Contra Costa Sheriff's Department investigated and found the claims unfounded.
Currently, the 55-year-old Combs is being held without bail in New York City, awaiting trial on separate sex trafficking and racketeering charges, scheduled for May 5. He has denied all allegations.
