The indictment alleges that Combs:
- Created a criminal enterprise that engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, and other crimes
- Organized "freak off" parties where victims were forced into sex acts with commercial sex workers
- Used illegal drugs to control victims
- Recorded acts and used footage as blackmail
- Used his business employees to facilitate and cover up abuse
- Physically assaulted women through striking, punching, dragging, and throwing objects
Federal agents seized 1,000 bottles of lubricant during raids on his Miami and Los Angeles properties. The U.S. Government is seeking to recover significant financial assets related to these alleged crimes.
In May 2024, surveillance footage emerged showing Combs attacking his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway, for which he later apologized.
Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges in a New York courtroom. U.S. Attorney Damian Williams stated the investigation is ongoing and encouraged anyone with information to come forward.
