Steve and Connie Ballmer are continuing to match donations dollar for dollar until February 7th. The benefit performances attracted over 50 million viewers, contributing significantly to the fundraising total.

The Annenberg Foundation is leading the FireAid Grants Advisory Committee, which comprises experienced LA-region philanthropic leaders. They are currently finalizing the distribution strategy to ensure funds reach those most in need.

Additional wildfire relief efforts include:

  • The Grammy Awards raised $24 million, including $9 million during the telecast
  • Jelly Roll performed a free Rose Bowl show for first responders
  • The National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) established a dedicated fund
  • Live Nation's Gve a Fck LA benefit concert at the Hollywood Palladium
  • "Give a Frock" memorabilia auction running until February 25th
  • Bandcamp pledging 100% of profits on February 7th to MusiCares

The combined efforts demonstrate the music industry's strong commitment to supporting wildfire relief, with FireAid emerging as the largest single fundraising initiative.
