Richard claims she first noticed Combs' violent tendencies in 2005 when she witnessed Kim Porter, another former girlfriend, leaving a studio with visible injuries. She also describes feeling threatened during Combs' first off-camera meeting with Cassie Ventura in 2006.
The lawsuit states that when Richard attempted to help Ventura, Combs allegedly made threats such as "you want to die today," "I make n—— go missing," and "I end people."
