Former Model Files Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Diddy, Claims 2003 Drugging and Attack
Sean 'Diddy' Combs faces another sexual assault lawsuit from model Crystal McKinley, who alleges he drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2003 at his studio following a Men's Fashion Week event in New York City.

According to the lawsuit, McKinley was 22 when she met Combs at the event. After accepting his invitation to his studio, she claims she was offered Hennessy and cannabis, which she suspects was laced with drugs due to its unusually powerful effects.
McKinley alleges Combs forced himself on her in a bathroom and attempted to coerce her into oral sex. She lost consciousness and later awoke in a taxi, realizing she had been sexually assaulted. The incident allegedly led to her being blackballed from the modeling industry, resulting in severe depression and a suicide attempt in 2004.
The lawsuit cites other cases against Combs, including those filed by Cassie Ventura and Joi Dickerson-Neal, as inspiration for McKinley to come forward. Combs recently released an apology video following the emergence of footage showing him allegedly assaulting Ventura in 2016.
Currently, Combs faces multiple civil lawsuits and is under federal investigation, with the Department of Homeland Security having raided his Florida and California properties in April.
