The biopic is being developed by Compelling Pictures and Primary Wave, with original members Nathan Morris, Shawn Stockman, and Wanya Morris serving as executive producers. Denis O'Sullivan ("Bohemian Rhapsody") and Jeff Kalligheri ("I Wanna Dance With Somebody") are leading the project as producers.

The film will feature the group's extensive catalog of hits, including "It's So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday," "One Sweet Day," and "On Bended Knee." It promises to showcase both the triumphs and challenges of their decades-long career, highlighting the brotherhood and perseverance that helped them achieve unprecedented success.

Joe Mulvihill, the group's manager of 22 years, suggests audiences will get an intimate look at the human side of the band: "People will be pleasantly surprised to see behind the curtain."

The group continues to perform, recently selling out a three-night engagement at the Hollywood Bowl - their first time headlining the venue where they once served as an opening act.
