A lawsuit filed against Kanye West's 'Yeezy Porn' venture alleges severe workplace misconduct, including harassment of minors and discriminatory practices. The controversy stems from West's acquisition of an app and its developers to create his own music streaming platform, aiming to bypass traditional streaming services.

The lawsuit details that several app developer groups, known as YZYVSN and YZYAPP, were formed by Ye's fans worldwide. Many team members were reportedly minors, with the youngest being 14 years old, and no protective measures were implemented despite the adult content nature of the project.

Key allegations include:

  • Racist work environment fostered by Milo Yiannopoulos
  • Forced signing of NDAs, including by minors
  • Harassment based on age, race, gender, sexual orientation, and ethnicity in Discord group chats
  • Bianca Censori allegedly sharing explicit content with workers
  • Non-payment for completed work
  • Hostile and intimidating workplace conditions

The development teams were allegedly misled about payment and acquisition deals. Milo Yiannopoulos, who later separated from the project on May 20, dismissed the lawsuit as a "sad race hustle" on social media, claiming it was filed by incompetent developers.

The plaintiffs report experiencing significant stress due to constantly changing deadlines and cult-like behavior among workers. The case, titled "Shemar DaCosta v. Yeezy LLC," highlights serious concerns about workplace ethics and the protection of minor workers in the tech industry.
