Live Nation Discontinues Popular 'Lawnie Pass' Program at US Outdoor Venues
Live Nation has announced the discontinuation of its popular 'Lawnie Pass' program at outdoor amphitheaters across the United States. The program, which sold out in 2024, offered various benefits for concert attendees throughout the summer season.

The $239 Lawnie Pass previously included:
- Fast lane access at entry gates
- Personalized entry credential
- Free parking
- Unlimited lawn seating for approximately 25 concerts per season
Live Nation stated via Instagram that while the Lawnie Pass won't return in 2025, they are developing "new and exciting programs" for the summer concert season. Previous pass holders will receive priority notification about these upcoming offerings.
This change comes alongside other recent modifications to the concert experience:
- Mandatory minimum $20 parking fee for events
- Ban on personal low-rise chairs at lawn shows
- Required $15 chair rentals from venues
This move follows Live Nation's pattern of introducing and later discontinuing all-access promotions once attendance goals are met. Previous examples include the $59 Club Pass in 2022 and periodic $20 all-in tickets promotions.
The company remains committed to its concert venue operations but is shifting its approach to venue access and amenities. Previous Lawnie Pass holders are encouraged to watch for announcements about new programs coming soon.
