Key allegations include:

  • A 13-year-old girl allegedly drugged and raped by Combs and two unnamed celebrities in 2000
  • A personal trainer allegedly drugged and assaulted at a 2022 BET Awards afterparty
  • All plaintiffs are using John or Jane Doe pseudonyms for anonymity

Combs' legal team has requested a gag order from U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian to prevent "extrajudicial statements" that could impact his right to a fair trial.

Current status:

  • Combs is being held at Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn
  • Arrested September 16 by Homeland Security
  • Charges include racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution
  • Pleaded not guilty
  • Denied bail twice
  • Trial scheduled for May 2025
