Under the agreement, Vinyl Group will manage and sell advertising across Songtradr's digital properties globally. The partnership is expected to significantly boost U.S. advertising scale, with projections showing up to 20x increase for Vampr, Vinyl Group's networking platform.

- A$2.3 million cash component for recent acquisitions
- A$800,000 in stock for Serenade platform
- Potential additional A$1.5 million in shares based on revenue and EBIT targets
The market has responded positively, with Vinyl Group stock (ASX: VNL) showing a 4.76% increase to A$0.11 per share, reflecting more than double its value compared to late October 2023.
