Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a current U.S. Premium subscriber
- Only available as a downgrade from Premium
- Cannot start directly as a Basic subscriber
Available Downgrade Options:
- Premium to Basic
- Premium Duo to Basic Duo
- Premium Family to Basic Family
