The backlog affects various merchandise items, including:

  • Pre-orders for their upcoming album "Hey, I'm Just Like You"
  • Branded hoodies and t-shirts
  • Limited-edition cassette tapes

Customers awaiting orders can request full refunds by emailing their order number to [email protected].

The duo plans to launch their own merchandise store to maintain better control over product quality and delivery. Their art director Emy will continue creating unique designs for their merchandise.

In response to the situation, Warner Records acknowledged the issues and stated they are working with their fulfillment provider Direct Shot and other vendors to resolve the problems.

The new album "Hey, I'm Just Like You" will feature reimagined versions of demos the sisters originally recorded as teenagers.
