Waze has introduced legendary singer Chaka Khan as its newest celebrity voice navigation option, offering drivers a uniquely calming navigation experience. The feature is available globally in English through the latest version of the Waze app.

The new voice pack features Chaka's soothing voice delivering mindful navigation prompts such as "buckle up and take a deep breath. Let's take this journey one mile at a time" and "I'm feeling good today and I hope you are too. Let's channel that positive energy as we set out on the road."

Users can also activate the 'Focused' moodlet, which transforms their car icon into Chaka's Morris Minor - her first car. To enable these features, users should update their Waze app and look for the 'Chaka Khan' banner in the column menu.

Chaka Khan joins an impressive roster of previous Waze celebrity voices, including:

The launch coincides with Chaka Khan's recent headline performance at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Miami, where she shared the stage with Jon Batiste and Janelle Monae during the festival's second American edition at Regatta Harbor Marina.
