A witness in the Sean "Diddy" Combs investigation has provided testimony to a New York grand jury about alleged video evidence from parties hosted by the music mogul.

Courtney Burgess claims to possess multiple flash drives containing footage that allegedly shows eight A-list celebrities, including six men and two women, with some reportedly underage at the time. The videos allegedly document substance use and other concerning activities.

According to Burgess, these files were provided by Kim Porter, Diddy's late former partner, before her death in 2018. Porter also allegedly left an unpublished memoir titled "Kim's Lost Words: A Journey For Justice, From The Other Side," which was briefly available on Amazon before being removed.

Attorney Ariel Mitchell, involved in the case, has confirmed the presence of high-profile celebrities in the footage, including someone reportedly more prominent than Diddy himself, though specific identities remain undisclosed.

The evidence could significantly impact Diddy's upcoming trial in May 2025. The grand jury is currently evaluating the tapes' authenticity and admissibility. While Diddy's legal team denies all allegations, the case continues to draw intense public scrutiny and raises questions about accountability in the entertainment industry.
