The acquisition expands White Sky's service offerings to include:

- Private wealth advisory
- Brand and marketing support
For existing White Sky clients, operations will continue unchanged:
- Same team members
- Existing suppliers and partners remain
- Brand identity and website preserved
- Melbourne team joins BlueRock (400+ employees)
- Sydney office maintains normal operations
