BBR Music Group has officially terminated its relationship with country singer Jimmie Allen following a second sexual assault accusation. This decision comes after initially suspending the artist when the first allegations emerged.

The second accuser, identified as 'Jane Doe 2', filed a lawsuit in Tennessee detailing an incident from July 2022. According to the complaint, she met Allen during a May 2022 flight to Nashville, leading to an online relationship. During a meeting in Las Vegas, the lawsuit alleges Allen sexually assaulted her in his hotel room and secretly recorded the encounter without consent.

The accuser claims she discovered Allen's phone hidden in the closet recording the incident. She took the phone, stopped the recording, and reported the assault to local police after leaving.

The first lawsuit, filed by a former day-to-day manager at Wide Open Music (identified as 'Jane Doe'), led to Allen's suspension from:

  • BBR Music Group
  • UTA
  • The Familie (his management company)
  • Full Coverage Communications (his PR firm, which completely dropped him)

Allen strongly denied the initial allegations, stating he would pursue legal action to defend his reputation. His response to the second lawsuit, which includes detailed allegations about the assault and unauthorized recording, remains unclear.
