  • 5 dedicated writer studios
  • 6 listening rooms
  • Professional recording studio with 2 independent booths
  • Artist lounge
  • Collaborative office spaces
  • Social areas

All creative suites are acoustically optimized and equipped with cutting-edge production equipment. The design, developed in partnership with studio architects WSDG and design collective RIOS, balances Sony Music Publishing's heritage with modern innovation.

"Our focus has been on creating environments that nurture the talent, vision, and goals of our songwriters and people," says Sony Music Publishing Chairman & CEO Jon Platt. "Our aim was to build a space that supports songwriters every step of the way."

This expansion is part of Sony Music Publishing's global initiative to support songwriters, with similar developments completed in multiple territories including the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Canada, Nashville, Spain, Colombia, Sweden, South Africa, and India.

The company also recently established its Nashville headquarters at Music Row's 17th + Grand, occupying 24,000 square feet at 1005 17th Avenue S.
