
T-Pain Sells Publishing Rights and Select Masters in Major Deal with HarbourView
T-Pain has sold his entire publishing catalog and select master recordings to HarbourView Equity Partners, an alternative asset management company focused on entertainment investments.

The six-time Grammy Award-winning artist has been a dominant force in music since 2004, selling over 50 million singles and accumulating billions of streams. His catalog includes chart-topping hits like "Buy U a Drank," "Bartender," and "I'm N Luv (Wit a Stripper)."
"I'm excited for this next chapter and to partner with HarbourView Equity as they help preserve the legacy of my music," said T-Pain. "This catalog represents years of hard work, creativity, and unforgettable moments."
T-Pain's Grammy achievements include:
- Best Rap Song for "Good Life" with Kanye West (2008)
- Awards for contributions to Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter III" (2009) and "Tha Carter IV" (2012)
- Best R&B Performance for Jamie Foxx's "Blame It" (2010)
- Recognition for Chance The Rapper's "Coloring Book" (2017)
- Songwriting credit on Bruno Mars' "24K Magic" (2018)
Beyond music, T-Pain has expanded into various ventures including Nappy Boy Entertainment, Nappy Boy Automotive, Gaming, and Dranks. He's also established himself as a successful Twitch streamer and podcast host.
HarbourView Equity Partners, which currently manages approximately $1.45 billion in assets, has acquired over 60 music catalogs including works from artists like Fleetwood Mac's Christine McVie, Pat Benatar, Nelly, and Wiz Khalifa.
