Trump's FBI Director Pick Promises to Disclose Secret Diddy Investigation Files
Donald Trump's controversial FBI Director nominee, Kash Patel, has pledged to release both the confidential "Diddy list" and Epstein files if appointed. The announcement came during his appearance on the Benny Johnson podcast, where he emphasized his commitment to transparency in federal agencies.

"The American people deserve the truth," stated Patel, claiming the FBI has "direct control" of the Epstein list. He also alleged that Bill Gates was actively lobbying Congress to prevent the list's disclosure.
The "Diddy list" has gained particular attention following recent sex trafficking allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs, who was arrested in September. This list reportedly contains names of celebrities connected to Combs and the ongoing investigations.
While Trump has hinted at possibly releasing the Epstein list, he hasn't made firm commitments or addressed the Diddy list specifically. Patel, however, has consistently advocated for releasing both documents since last year, stating, "Put on your big boy pants and let us know who the pedophiles are."
The nomination has faced criticism, including from former Attorney General William Barr, who called Patel's potential appointment "dangerous," citing his lack of traditional law enforcement experience and history of controversial statements.
