Diddy Faces $10M Lawsuit Over Allegedly Dangling Fashion Designer Off High-Rise Balcony
Fashion designer Bryana "Bana" Bongolan has filed a $10 million lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs, alleging he sexually assaulted her and dangled her over a high-rise balcony in 2016.

According to the 17-page lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on November 27, the incident occurred at Cassie Ventura's apartment in September 2016. Bongolan claims Combs entered uninvited early morning and approached her on the balcony, where he allegedly groped her and dangled her over the 17th-floor railing while shouting "Do you know what the f—k you did?!"
The 4'11", 100-pound designer states she struggled against Combs but was overpowered. Ventura intervened, prompting Combs to pull Bongolan back but then allegedly slam her into patio furniture.
The lawsuit details additional allegations:
- Witnessing domestic abuse between Combs and Ventura
- Being forcibly drugged during a photo shoot
- Receiving death threats from Combs
- Suffering ongoing physical and emotional distress
Bongolan's legal action comes as Combs faces separate charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He is currently detained at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center after being denied bail three times.
