
Video Licensing Startup WavMaker Launches with $5M Seed Investment
WavMaker, a new music licensing startup focused on video creators, has officially launched with $5 million in seed funding led by Monarch Media co-founder Vicky Patel.

Founded by former Soundstripe executive Matt Arcaini (CEO), industry veteran Mark Stuart (Director of Label Services), and Wavy Records co-founder Caleb Grimm (Director of Marketing), WavMaker aims to solve common music licensing challenges for video creators.
The subscription-based platform offers:

- Simplified licensing structure
- Affordable access to quality music
- Intuitive user interface
CEO Matt Arcaini explains: "As a musician and creator myself, I understand the constant struggle to find affordable, quality music for video content. WavMaker offers creators and musicians a mutually beneficial and frustration-free solution."
