Jay-Z's unnamed rape accuser has filed new court documents challenging his countersuit, maintaining her allegations despite previously dropping her lawsuit against him.

In her latest filing, Jane Doe states she refused to recant her story when approached by Jay-Z's investigators, claiming the interaction left her "intimidated and terrified." She explains she dropped the original case due to fears of public exposure and backlash, not because her claims were false.

The filing directly contradicts Jay-Z's defamation countersuit, which alleges she and attorney Tony Buzbee fabricated the sexual assault allegations from 2000 for financial gain. Carter's legal team has submitted sworn statements from private investigators claiming Jane Doe admitted Buzbee pushed her to include Jay-Z in the allegations.

Buzbee strongly denies these accusations, stating: "Jane Doe's case was signed up in October by another law firm... The allegation that I sat with Jane Doe and suggested a suit against Jay-Z is demonstrably false."

Jay-Z's lawyers are now requesting permission to depose both Jane Doe and Buzbee under oath. They argue these depositions are necessary to uncover the truth about their conversations and the circumstances that led to the lawsuit's dismissal.

The rapper maintains his innocence, describing the situation as a "blackmail attempt" and suggesting it's part of a broader scheme to extort settlements by falsely connecting celebrities to Sean "Diddy" Combs, who currently faces federal charges in New York.
