The current situation:
- Pacific Palisades Fire: Covers 27 square miles, destroyed hundreds of structures
- Eaton Fire: 16 square miles burned, 5 fatalities, 1,000 structures destroyed
- Sunset Fire: Contained after erupting in Hollywood Hills
- Hurst and Lidia fires: Partially contained at 10% and 40% respectively
Major event cancellations include:
- Alter Ego Show at Kia Forum
- Rod Wave concert at Intuit Dome in Inglewood

Over 1,300 structures have already burned, with 60,000 more at risk as strong winds continue to spread the flames across Southern California. Three of the five fires remain completely uncontained, including the Pacific Palisades and Eaton fires.
All canceled events will offer refunds through original points of purchase, with some venues working to reschedule performances. Event organizers emphasize that public safety remains their top priority during this unprecedented emergency.
